With more than a decade of real estate development and project management experience, Michael serves as operations manager for LTH Development Group. He oversees workflow in each of the firm’s practice areas including: management of architectural and engineering consultants, entitlement processing, use permit processing, variances, scheduling, budgets, bidding, wet and dry utility coordination and construction coordination. Prior to joining LTH Development Group, Michael was director of development for Upper Image Services, Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona. At Upper Image, he managed the real estate acquisition and development process for the company’s Quick N Clean Car Wash subsidiary. He also managed the company’s consulting division that provided consulting and entitlement services to a broad range of clients.

From 2001 to 2003, he was real estate manager and development engineer for QuikTrip Corporation, involved in many aspects of the company’s aggressive expansion in the Phoenix market including real estate acquisition, site design, coordination of design development documents with landlords, developers and consultants, and monitoring of tracking reports and pre-construction schedules and budgets.

Michael began his career in commercial real estate development as senior project manager for Phoenix’s L.E.A.D.S., Inc. He worked closely with a major national retail chain on that company’s new market rollout program. His responsibilities included site design, and municipal code analysis and application, among others.

He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance. He also holds a master of business administration degree from Arizona State University.
